Sembsun Bag Trough
Our bag trough is made of 304 stainless steel, and the screws on it are adjusted according to the width and length of the customer’s bag. Generally, we adjust the bag width and length to the customer’s bag before shipment, take photos and send them to the customer. The machine can be quickly adjusted after it arrives at the customer’s factory. The staff only needs to place the filled bag according to the bag opening position.
Clip Bag Device
One of our patented inventions is the bag-clamping gripper, which simultaneously clamps and opens the bag. After the gripper clamps the bag, the suction device on the gripper opens the bag’s mouth, enabling simultaneous operation.
The suction cups are powered by a cylinder, providing enough force to open the bag effectively.
Bag Delivery Device
After the gripper opens the bag, our programmed system moves the bag delivery device to the appropriate position, ensuring precise alignment for the subsequent filling process.
Three-Servo Control System
