Automatic Continuous Feeding Reduces Manual Intervention
The automatic feeder is a key component of the automatic blister machine. It is responsible for feeding the products to be packaged into the blister forming area automatically, continuously, and stably. The introduction of automatic feeders has greatly improved the automation level and production efficiency of the blister packaging process.
At the same time, our automatic feeder includes a feeding hopper, a vibration plate, a guide, and a counting device. If you want to control the quantity of materials falling each time, it can assist you in packaging accurately.
Film Convey
Film Convey is a core subsystem in the blister packing machine, responsible for the smooth and continuous conveying of plastic film (such as PVC, PVDC, PP, etc.) from the roll to the forming area. Sembsun locking device fixes the roll film, and then the plastic film is smoothly and evenly unfolded to prepare for the formation of blisters.
PVC Former
The case we do more is PVC Former, which is the PVC forming device. As the most common film packaging, this part of the device is responsible for stretching and fitting the preheated softened PVC film to the mold through negative pressure or blowing to form a blister with a predetermined shape and size. Before entering the forming area, the film is first heated to a suitable temperature by a heating element, such as an infrared heater or a hot air heating system, to increase its softness and plasticity.

The Sealing Device is a key component in the blister machine used to heat seal the blister with the base plate (such as aluminum foil, or cardboard) to ensure the sealing, stability, and protection of the packaging. Our sealing device usually uses a heating strip or a heating plate to heat seal the blister with the product placed in it with the pre-prepared base plate through precisely controlled temperature and pressure. The heat sealing temperature is set according to the characteristics of the packaging material used. Different alu alu blister packing has different heat sealing temperatures. The seal at an appropriate heat sealing temperature range is both firm and beautiful.
