Ice Packing Line & Recycle Melted Ice Water
The ice packing and recycling packaging line is improved on the basis of the ice cube packaging machine. Many customers have reported that although the ice cubes are packaged at low temperatures, it is inevitable that the ice cubes will melt during the process. However, the water from the melted ice cubes will wet the workshop and accumulate water, which is not conducive to the work of workers. Therefore, our design team added a device for recycling ice water on the chain that conveys ice cubes to optimize the packaging solution, and the customers are also very satisfied.
Ice packing plays a vital role in the beverage industry, transportation industry and medical industry. Because most products need to be stored under certain low-temperature conditions, after the ice cubes are packaged, they will be further transported, so it is necessary to be in a safe and clean production and packaging workshop.

Bucket Conveying System with Vibrating Feeder
The conveyor is applicable for vertical lifting of grain material in departments such as corn, food, fodder and chemical industry, etc.For the lifting machine, the hopper is driven by the chains to lift. It’s used for vertical feeding of grain or small block material. It has the advantages of large lifting quantity and highness.

4 Output Conveyor (Chain type)
The machine can send the packed finished bag to an after-package detecting device or packing platform. As the packaging machine completes the sealing, the finished product is output in a sloped manner, reducing manpower handling and preventing ice from melting.
