- Film supply and bag making: First, the roll-shaped packaging film is flattened through the machine’s film supply system, then heated and formed into a tube by the forming device, and then cut into the length of a single bag by a cutter. This process can be pre-set according to the product size.
- Product filling: The cervical patch or shoulder and neck patch is accurately counted and fed into the formed packaging bag through an automatic or semi-automatic feeding mechanism. This step may involve a robot, push rod, or other type of filling device to ensure the quantity and position of each package are accurate.
- Sealing: The filled bags are transported to the sealing area, where there is usually a heating element to heat-seal the bag mouth to ensure that the package is sealed and neat in appearance. For products such as cervical patches, back sealing or three-side sealing may be used to ensure the integrity and shelf life of the product.
- Cooling and cutting: The sealed bags pass through the cooling system to quickly shape the sealing part to ensure the sealing strength. After that, the excess film edges will be cut off to make the edges of each packaged product neat.
